Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind about a MONOLITH set. This is in addition to, and never less than, your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to return
- Write to us with your order number and let us know you would like to return the set.
- Pack the board and all pieces in their original packaging. Sets returned incomplete or damaged through use may be subject to a deduction reflecting the loss in value.
- Send the parcel to the return address we provide. We recommend a tracked service; the set remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once the set is received and checked, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is at your cost unless the set arrived damaged or is not as described.
Damaged, faulty or missing pieces
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We replace damaged or missing pieces, or the whole set, at no cost to you. We do not leave a set unplayable.
Exchanges
Chosen the wrong size? Tell us and we will arrange an exchange for another board in the collection, with any price difference settled either way.
