Every MONOLITH set ships tracked and free across the UK. You receive your tracking link as soon as the order is dispatched. Typical delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout — ordering for a birthday or Christmas, allow a comfortable margin.

International

We deliver beyond the UK; available destinations, timescales and pricing are shown at checkout.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Contact us with your order number, send the set back in its original condition and packaging, and we refund in full once received. No interrogation.

Damaged or missing pieces

Write to us with your order number and a photo. We replace damaged or missing pieces — we do not leave a set unplayable.
