Delivery

Every MONOLITH set ships tracked and free across the United Kingdom. Your tracking link is emailed as soon as the order is dispatched.

Dispatch and delivery times

Estimated dispatch and delivery dates are shown on each product page and at checkout. Ordering for a birthday or for Christmas, please allow a comfortable margin.

Packaging

Pieces are secured in their compartments or wrapped individually, the board is protected on every face, and the set travels in a double-walled outer box.

International delivery

We deliver beyond the UK. Available destinations, timescales and pricing are shown at checkout. Any import duties or taxes due in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Problems in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the box before opening it fully, then write to us with your order number. We will put it right.
