Terms of Service

MONOLITH is a trading name of 304 HOLDINGS LLC, a limited liability company organised in New Mexico, USA, with its registered office at 1380 Avenida Rincon, Apt 304, Santa Fe, NM 87506, United States. Sole member: Jean-Emmanuel Yvard. Contact: assist.monolith@gmail.com.

These terms apply to all orders placed through the MONOLITH online store. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud; in such cases we refund any payment taken in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is free. International delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers.

Products

Our boards and pieces are made from natural materials. Grain, tone and small marks vary from set to set; photographs show representative sets. Dimensions are given in centimetres and are approximate to within a few millimetres.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once payment has been received in full.

Cancellation and returns

Our Refund Policy sets out your 30-day right to return, which sits alongside your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Faulty goods

If a set is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we will put it right promptly.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photography, copy and the MONOLITH name and marks, belongs to MONOLITH or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
